All orders are freshly baked and prepared to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using tracked delivery services.

Estimated delivery times:
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tatys Cookies cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and products.
