Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Tatys Cookies does not accept returns or exchanges on food items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photographic evidence may be required to assess the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A partial or full refund
Refund requests submitted outside the 24-hour notification period may not be eligible for consideration.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products have been consumed, stored incorrectly, or where no evidence of damage is provided.
